حذف حساب تحدي العقول
لعبة تحدي العقول من تطوير Zytoona.
من داخل اللعبة (الأسرع)
- افتح اللعبة وسجّل الدخول بحسابك.
- اضغط على الإعدادات ثم حذف الحساب.
- أكّد الحذف. سيتم تسجيل خروجك ومسح البيانات من جهازك.
بدون تثبيت اللعبة
أرسل طلب الحذف من البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك، أو اذكر اسم اللاعب وطريقة تسجيل الدخول (Apple أو Google أو Game Center أو زائر) في الرسالة:
ما الذي يُحذف
- حسابك وبيانات تسجيل الدخول المرتبطة به.
- ملفك الشخصي: الاسم والصورة الرمزية والدولة.
- العملات والرصيد والتقدّم والمستوى ونقاط الخبرة والمشتريات داخل اللعبة.
- ترتيبك في لوحات المتصدرين وقائمة الأصدقاء وسجلات المباريات.
- رموز الإشعارات المرتبطة بأجهزتك.
ما الذي قد يُحتفظ به
- سجلات الشراء التي يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها (مثل إيصالات المتاجر)، فقط للمدة المطلوبة قانونياً ودون ربطها بملف لعب.
- النسخ الاحتياطية تُحذف تلقائياً خلال 30 يوماً.
يكتمل الحذف خلال 30 يوماً من الطلب. الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن استرجاع الحساب بعده. المشتريات التي تمّت عبر Google Play أو App Store تبقى في سجل حسابك لدى المتجر.
Delete your Brain Battle account
Brain Battle (تحدي العقول) is developed by Zytoona.
In the app (fastest)
- Open the game and sign in to your account.
- Tap Settings, then Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out and the data on your device is cleared.
Without the app
Email us from the address linked to your account, or include your player name and how you sign in (Apple, Google, Game Center or guest):
What is deleted
- Your account and the sign-in methods linked to it.
- Your profile: name, avatar and country.
- Coins, balance, progress, level, XP and in-game items.
- Your leaderboard entries, friends list and match records.
- Push-notification tokens of your devices.
What may be kept
- Purchase records we are legally required to keep (for example store receipts), only for the legally required period and not linked to a game profile.
- Backups are purged automatically within 30 days.
Deletion completes within 30 days of the request and cannot be undone. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store stay in your store account history.
